Home delivery sales process:
1) Go to our inventory choose your car and/or apply for financing.
2) We'll be contacting you to discuss details and to schedule delivery.
3) Get your new car delivered at home as soon as the next business day.
For your accommodation we’ll give you 90 days bumper to bumper full warranty.
Buy From Home:
All our vehicles are available for home delivery.
Choose the car you want from our inventory and we’ll bring the car to your door. Click “Check Availability” in that car’s inventory listing to access a simple form. Once the form is submitted, a FAFAMA representative will call you to discuss details and address any questions you may have.
To schedule a delivery at home and reserve the vehicle, you’ll be asked for your commitment and to sign all documents via email.
Finance From Home:
Good credit - Bad credit - Even no credit ... All credits approved !
Choose the car you want from our inventory Click “Apply For Financing” in that car’s inventory listing to access a Credit Application form. Once the application is submitted, a FAFAMA representative will call you to discuss terms and address any questions you may have.
To schedule a delivery at home and reserve the vehicle, you’ll be asked for your commitment and to sign all documents via email. You can apply online for financing, get pre-qualified based on your credit, and calculate your monthly payments prior to delivery.
Trade-in From Home:
We'll provide a real and competitive trade-in offer with no dealership visit required. At FAFAMA you can price your trade-in from home.
Choose the car you want from our inventory. Click “Trade Appraisal” in that car’s inventory listing to access a simple trade-in form. You'll be asked to provide pictures from inside and outside for your trade-in. Once the trade-in form is submitted, a FAFAMA representative will contact you with an offer and address any questions you may have.
To schedule a delivery at home and reserve the vehicle, you’ll be asked for your commitment and to sign all documents via email. Your trade-in is picked up when you receive your new vehicle. Most cases no dealership visit is required.

All paperwork is handled by a FAFAMA representative and delivered to you via email or in person.
If price, finance, trade or other factors have prevented us from earning your business, we would sincerely like to speak with you, so that we can learn how to possibly better serve you.
We accept all trade-in vehicles regardless of condition and we strive to offer you the best and fairest value for your trade. However, sometimes actual offers require a physical inspection and may vary based on vehicle condition, history, demand, and wholesale market value.
After all the process is completed, we’ll deliver your car as soon as the next business day. Delivery is free within 10 miles radius. If the car's destination is outside 10 miles radius, additional delivery time and a fee of two ($2) dollars per mile will be required.
Be nice, since an off-site delivery requires extra work and it takes more than one person at a dealership to complete a car delivery. The salesperson, sales manager and finance manager will all be involved. It will also require an additional store employee to drive the salesperson back to the dealership.
